I have used Prime for nearly 30 years (mostly home to/from DFW or DAL). They consistently provide outstanding service that is reflected in the outstanding equipment they use, the cleanliness of their vehicles, their absolute on-time performance, and the quality and professionalism of their drivers. Paul assisted me yesterday in moving from a nursing facility to my home following rehab for spinal surgery. He gladly moved all my luggage into my home and at my request, placed it my bedroom, and he graciously plugged my pc into the wall power source behind my desk (I'm unable to bend or twist). I have had multiple similar experiences with other Prime drivers when my late wife (who had ALS) travelled with me and required wheelchair assistance. I believe Prime is unequaled in Quality Customer Service and the overall product they provide.

My chauffeur, Nyron arrived on-time (a few minutes early actually) and professionally dressed. He confirmed my flight and drop-off gate. The rides went smoothly and no issues at all. Primo Limo is a constantly reliable service from start to finish. They send you your drivers information with their picture and make/model of their car well in advance so you know who your looking for. It takes the stress out of the pickup process. I use them every time I come in and out of Dallas. Javier was my driver this last time and he greeted me at baggage claim with a smile.
We decided at the last minute that we didn't want to leave a car at the airport and deal with all that so we called after MIDNIGHT to see if we could get a suburban by 9am. Moncia answered right away and we had a reservation immediately for the next morning. Ronald arrived 15 min early and was so helpful and friendly! On the way back Robert was waiting for us...same thing. Price is very reasonable and includes gratuity. Gave both drivers an extra tip anyway...they deserved it! You have a new client from here on.
