My second trip with Prime Limo was exceptional. My driver, Alisson, did everything possible to make my experience great. The main travel was to and from a FIFA World Cup game at a sold-out stadium. Alisson arrived to pick me up a few minutes early, parked near my front door, and we then went to pick up my son in an adjacent town. Conversation was pleasant for the whole trip.Alisson knew the stadium layout and traffic flow well and got us as near as possible to our assigned entrance. After the game the location pin he sent allowed us to easily find him in the maze of parking lots, in this case quite near to our exit from the stadium. Despite the 70,000+ fans leaving the stadium, Alisson got us away from the stadium, negotiating all the pedestrian and redirected vehicle traffic, in an unbelievably short time. Our returns to our homes were equally pleasant.

Cedric with Prime Limos was outstanding. After a long trip, he picked us up from the airport, got us home safely, and made the transition from travel chaos to calm effortless. He was professional, reliable, and exactly what we needed at the end of a busy journey. We will definitely use Prime Limos again and highly recommend Cedric.

After struggling with the inconsistency and cleanliness of ride-sharing services, we turned to Prime Limo, and it has been a game-changer. Our experience was entirely civilized and stress-free from the moment we booked until we arrived home. We have to give special recognition to our driver, Jacarr ; he is the gold standard of professional service—polite, polished, and exceptionally friendly. Our flight was three hours late, arriving late at night. Prime limo kept me updated all evening and what a relief to know I would be in their capable hands after a very long travel day. Jacarr was punctual and careful handling of our luggage made for a seamless journey. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else for our future travel needs.

We booked Primo Limo & Car Service for a World Cup match. I was attending the match with my 17 year old niece who was recovering from surgery and in a full leg brace. Alan was so mindful of making sure she was comfortable and went to extra lengths to get us to the closest entrance/exit for her ease. He encouraged us to visit a mobility assistance tent to help with her exit back to the car. He was extremely helpful, and very fun to spend time with in traffic. We felt very safe and we were very happy we booked this service ahead of time. Thank you Alan for adding to this wonderful experience!
