I can’t recommend this company enough. Every time we need a party bus or a company charter bus I always turn to this company. I have worked with other companies and have not felt this confident. I feel that prime limo always goes above and beyond for their clients.

I don’t even remember the last time I chose another company other than prime. I have used them many times for both corporate and wedding events. Even though the first corporate event ran late, the driver and company was very understanding and adapted well with last minute changes. We used this services for a drive from Dallas to Austin, and we are extremely satisfied with the service we received! Marquis Clark was our driver, and he was extremely accommodating in every way. After several bad experiences with Uber/lyft, I finally decided it was time to find a new (and reliable) car service. Thanks to Google, I was able to find DFW’s finest private car service. I was easily able to book a driver online (with short notice) to take me to and from the airport for my trip to Miami. I was a little apprehensive because of my early morning flight, but their automated text messaging system kept me updated throughout my whole waiting process. I got a prompt text at 435am informing me that my driver (Cody- he’s awesome and definitely knows how to treat their passenger) was en route and ten mins away. I also got an updated message once he was outside. He helped me load my bags into the car, and we were on our way. I was able to get to the airport with plenty of time to spare. I had the pleasure of having Cody drive me again on my way home (where he pointed out other Prime limo drivers waiting to pick up passengers at the airport). He was easy to find, and was waiting for me upon arrival back to DFW. Cody handed me a charger when I mentioned my phone was dying- a perk I greatly appreciated. I’m surprised it took me so long to find a reliable and dependable car service, but they have a customer in me for as long as I live in Dallas! Thank you, Prime Limo :):)

Primo Limo is a constantly reliable service from start to finish. They send you your drivers information with their picture and make/model of their car well in advance so you know who your looking for. It takes the stress out of the pickup process. I use them every time I come in and out of Dallas. Javier was my driver this last time and he greeted me at baggage claim with a smile.

We utilized the car service for the day. Acquiring the service was seamless. One phone call and a few email exchanges and we were all set. All responses were prompt. I made the reservation weeks in advance but I place a deposit and the day before the remainder was charged to the original card. All this was advise to me in advance via email. The communication is top notch. The real gem was my driver. Javier was waiting in the airport for us. We were communicating via text prior to landing and up until we met. Hey was all smiles. Very professional and informative. He was like an old friend. The car was a Lexus ES350. It was very comfortable as I am plus size and very sleek. Overall my preference is Prime Limo and if possible Javier!!! Thanks for the Amazing service!

Karl communicated with me directly the entire time during the delay while I was on the ground after having been diverted to another airport.
