Polices, Terms, and Conditions:

 

General Terms & Conditions that Apply to All Reservations & Quotes:

  1. We have the right to refuse service to anyone
  2. Every vehicle may have mileage restrictions
  3. Point-to-point services in our limos may be available on weekend evenings based at our discretion
  4. We are not responsible for service delayed due to conditions beyond our control; including, but not limited to:
    1. Traffic congestion, road conditions, vehicular malfunctions, and weather
  5. If at any time the chauffeur feels threatened or detects potential danger to oneself or other passengers in the vehicle, they may cancel the ride without refund
  6. We are not responsible for any valuables left in any of our vehicles
    1. All items brought inside the vehicle are done so at the discretion of their rightful owners
  7. We strictly enforce governmental regulations regarding the use of drugs and alcohol
    1. Zero tolerance policy involving the consumption of alcohol under the legal drinking age of 21
    2. Use of illegal drugs will also result in immediate termination of services with no refund
    3. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind in any of our vehicles
  8. We are not responsible for any injuries incurred as a result of physical altercations between passengers
  9. We are not responsible for any injuries due to intoxication
  10. Chauffeurs cannot exceed the maximum capacity of passengers in vehicles
    1. This violates state law and is strictly against our insurance guidelines
  11. During holidays, celebrations, and observances, there may be a surcharge in service fees so that we may create an incentive for our chauffeurs to be available during these times

Hourly/As Directed Reservations:

  1. You will receive automated text messages with chauffeur’s name, phone number, vehicle info, and license plate
  2. Cancellations within one week (7 days) of your scheduled event will forfeit 100% of the balance
  3. We have a 15 minute grace period after your scheduled drop off time. After each 15th minute, if you are still in use of the
  4. vehicle, you will be charged an extra hour
    Gratuity is at your discretion, however, we do have a 10% minimum

Airport/Point-to-Point Trips:

  1. You will receive automated text messages with chauffeur’s name, phone number, vehicle info, and license plate
  2. Departures/Point-to-Point
    1. We have a 15 minute grace period after your scheduled pick up time. After the 15th minute of the chauffeur waiting, there will be a per minute waiting fee at the amount of the vehicle’s hourly rate divided by 60
  3. Airport Arrivals
    1. We have a 30 minute grace period after your flight lands. After the 30th minute of the chauffeur waiting, there will be a per minute fee at the amount of the vehicle’s hourly rate divided by 60
  4. Stops Along Route
    1. Any stops requested will result in a minimum fee of $25. This may increase based on duration and location of stop
    2. If there is more than one stop, the trip will convert to an hourly reservation with a minimum 3 hour commitment
  5. Gratuity is at your discretion, however, we do have a 10% minimum

Cleaning/Damage Fees:

  1. $200 cleaning due to sickness
  2. $25 per broken/missing glassware
  3. $250 (minimum) for damaged CD/DVD/Radio Unit/TV or any other electronic device
  4. $25 missing AUX cable
  5. $50 cleaning due to excessive food mess at our discretion
  6. $250 (minimum) for rips or tear to upholstery/leather
  7. $150 for ripping tint off windows
  8. $100 cleaning fee for any kind of smoking
