Airport Directions

DAL Airport Meeting Procedures:
After retrieving luggage, look for the escalator labeled "Ground Transportation" in front of Baggage Claim Door 2. This will lead you through a tunnel. Once outdoors, walk directly across the street into the garage and the first 12 spots are reserved for Pre-Arranged pick up. Once there, look for the Prime license plate or Prime Limo logo on the rear windshield of the vehicle. For "Meet and Greet" service the chauffeur will meet the passenger/s inside at the bottom of the escalator by baggage claim with a sign with their name on it.

DFW Airport Meeting Procedures:
After retrieving luggage, exit the terminal through the nearest door. Your curbside meeting point will be at the blue labeled "Limousine" area (also near blue cones). Once there, look for the Prime Limo logo on the rear windshield of the vehicle. If you have selected the "Meet and Greet" service, the chauffeur will meet you inside at baggage claim with a sign with the passenger's name on it. If this service is selected for an international flight, the chauffeur will meet outside of customs instead.

-We only monitor inbound flights, it is your responsibility to inform us of a delay for outbound flights.
-Car Seats: Prime Limo assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to the user. The device must be installed by the user only. Chauffeurs are neither authorized or certified to install this device.
-If passenger requests stops off route, customer is subject to additional charges. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, please call us at 214-256-6725.
