Pick up/drop off service was excellent. Was texted by my driver 15 min before they were supposed to arrive that they were outside ready whenever I was. Had a cold water bottle for me waiting. Also used prime limo to pick me up at the airport. Right when I landed I had the name and picture of who was picking me up. He also texted me personally and let me know what he was wearing. I don’t think any other limo/pickup service comes close to this type of treatment at such an affordable price. Honestly there’s no reason to use any other company other than Prime limo, trust me.

Love Love Prime Limo. This is the 3rd time I am using there services. Had a few nights ruined by another limo company until I found Prime. All the equipment works which is exteremly important. They had a large fleet of vehicles to choose from The drivers were always super friendly and genuinely happy to take us where ever the night took us and make our night special. They were super responsive up until my event. I use limo services often and they are the best company I have worked with period. Another bus company cancelled on my group 2 hours before we needed to be picked up! I had 50 people at my house to go to a boat party at Lake Lewisville. Me and my friends frantically called every bus company in town. Most didn’t even pick up. Prime limo answered and they were able to get my charter bus and save the day. We ended up having a great time. The bus waited at the dock for us the entire time. Kept the bus nice and cool. There’s a bathroom on board as well that we all used.

My flight was extremely delayed - it landed nearly 8 hours late, approaching 1:00 am. Karl communicated with me directly the entire time during the delay while I was on the ground after having been diverted to another airport. Karl was extremely attentive, and I am so thankful for him for being there and getting me home at nearly 2am. Karl displayed displayed an extremely high level of customer service. Thank you!
Prime Limo took care of my family when we arrived back at the airport from our overseas trip. The driver was awaiting us as soon as we walked out of the terminal, helped us with our bags, and was very courteous. We arrived at our location safely and will certainly use Prime Limo services again in the future!

Rented a Sprinter Van Limo for a group of 8 guys on a bachelor party excursion. Richard our chauffeur was amazing. We did not have to lift a finger to let Richard know when we were ready for him to load us up and deliver us to the next venue that would contribute to our next day hangovers. I'm pretty sure that the two TVs in our limo had more channel options than anyone could imagine. Literally all the channels. Totally insane. Next time I want to watch a sports game and I don't get the channel I might just rent a Prime limo.

We had several flight delays during the day causing our arrival back to Dallas to be over 2 hours late.
