I've been using Prime Limo for the last 6 months or so, at least two times each month. Their office employees, drivers and service have been spot on each time. Absolutely recommend using them!

We utilized the car service for the day. Acquiring the service was seamless. One phone call and a few email exchanges and we were all set. All responses were prompt. I made the reservation weeks in advance but I place a deposit and the day before the remainder was charged to the original card. All this was advise to me in advance via email. The communication is top notch. The real gem was my driver. Javier was waiting in the airport for us. We were communicating via text prior to landing and up until we met. Hey was all smiles. Very professional and informative. He was like an old friend. The car was a Lexus ES350. It was very comfortable as I am plus size and very sleek. Overall my preference is Prime Limo and if possible Javier!!! Thanks for the Amazing service!

I was in need of transportation from Dallas Fort Worth Airport to the Car Rental facility at Dallas Love Field Airport. I wasn't comfortable with Uber, so after a little research Prime Limo & Car Service came up and the reviews were all extremely positive. I booked my reservation and they did not disappoint. My family and I were picked up in a Beautiful Black Luxury SUV. We all had enough room to stretch our legs. Matthew was our chauffeur. He was AWESOME!! Immediately upon entering the vehicle we were provided with ice cold water. The temperature in the vehicle was perfect. The ride was smooth. Matthew was so professional, pleasant and kind. When I return to the Dallas Fort Worth area, I will definitely be using Prime Limo & Car Services and we will be requesting Matthew if he's available!!

After several bad experiences with Uber/lyft, I finally decided it was time to find a new (and reliable) car service. Thanks to Google, I was able to find DFW’s finest private car service. I was easily able to book a driver online (with short notice) to take me to and from the airport for my trip to Miami. I was a little apprehensive because of my early morning flight, but their automated text messaging system kept me updated throughout my whole waiting process. I got a prompt text at 435am informing me that my driver (Cody- he’s awesome and definitely knows how to treat their passenger) was en route and ten mins away. I also got an updated message once he was outside. He helped me load my bags into the car, and we were on our way. I was able to get to the airport with plenty of time to spare. I had the pleasure of having Cody drive me again on my way home (where he pointed out other Prime limo drivers waiting to pick up passengers at the airport). He was easy to find, and was waiting for me upon arrival back to DFW. Cody handed me a charger when I mentioned my phone was dying- a perk I greatly appreciated. I’m surprised it took me so long to find a reliable and dependable car service, but they have a customer in me for as long as I live in Dallas! Thank you, Prime Limo :):)

I have used this car service multiple times and have had an excellent experience every time. Their customer service is great and always helpful - especially when the airlines let me down and cancel multiple flights delaying my trips. On my most recent trip, Mayra took me to the airport and was fantastic and Karl took me home and was also fantastic! I appreciate all of their help and patience! Just adding to my original review to say that I used them again for a quick trip this week to visit family and they were excellent per usual. This time Tino took me to the airport and Lisa took me home. They were both absolutely great and I cannot thank them enough for their patience and professionalism! Always worth it to use this company!!

Karl communicated with me directly the entire time during the delay while I was on the ground after having been diverted to another airport.
