Non-Emergency Medical Transport

Prime Limo & Car Service is terrific and our drivers, Michael and Javier, were early. We've used Prime Limo & Car Service for many years and will continue using them for all of our transportation needs. Prime Limo is reliable and great at communication!

This was our first time using this car service and Michael Burrowes, our driver made us life long customers, he was exceptional all around. Highly recommend.

Nothing but first class service by Wayne from Prime Limo 😊👍. The limo was incredible inside and was definitely an unforgettable experience!!! Won’t use another limo service going forward.

Prime Limo and Car Service is excellent. Our driver, Hayder was awesome! Prime Limo not only provides excellent services, but they communicate constantly. Well done. We will always use them for our transportation needs.

We reserve car service from Prime Limo when we travel on vacation to make getting to and from DFW Airport easier. On our most recent trip, our driver Wayne went above and beyond to help us. Coming off of an international flight with two large suitcases and a golf bag, he kindly came inside the terminal to wait for the luggage to arrive and assist us with getting the bags to the car. We truly appreciated the above and beyond service!

We booked Primo Limo & Car Service for a World Cup match. I was attending the match with my 17 year old niece who was recovering from surgery and in a full leg brace. Alan was so mindful of making sure she was comfortable and went to extra lengths to get us to the closest entrance/exit for her ease. He encouraged us to visit a mobility assistance tent to help with her exit back to the car. He was extremely helpful, and very fun to spend time with in traffic. We felt very safe and we were very happy we booked this service ahead of time. Thank you Alan for adding to this wonderful experience!

We had the best time on this party bus! The atmosphere kept our group dancing and laughing the whole ride. Definitely a must for anyone looking to celebrate!Used this company again, still 10/10 experience!

Huge thank you to Prime Limo Service for taking such great care of Ross during his airport transportation. Jim and Alan were both absolutely fantastic drivers — professional, kind, punctual, and incredibly helpful. What really stood out was how amazing the Prime team was when Ross landed and his phone was not working properly. With no reliable way to communicate, they went above and beyond to help locate him at the airport and safely get him to his hotel without any stress. Their patience, communication, and genuine care made all the difference. It’s rare to find a transportation company that is this dependable and customer-focused. We truly appreciated the outstanding service and highly recommend Prime Limo Service, especially Jim and Alan!

Five stars all the way for Prime Limo & Car Service! The ride was incredibly smooth and the vehicle was pristine. A huge shoutout to our chauffeur, Burrowes, who was professional, punctual, and top-tier. Will definitely be using them again!

We throughly enjoyed our experience with Prime Limo & Car Service. We had a family of six that needed transportation to and from the airport. Not only were car seats provided, the drivers were punctual, kind, and accommodating. Our driver from Universal Kids to the airport was Wayne Eaves. He did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend him and this company.

I recently used Prime Limo and Car Service for a business event that required transportation from out of state into a major city, as well as multiple trips throughout the city during the event. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.Their customer service and communication were exceptional. Every detail was handled professionally, and I always felt confident that transportation was well coordinated. Marquis and Allison were especially helpful throughout the event, providing excellent support, responsiveness, and attention to detail that made everything run smoothly. The drivers were reliable, punctual, and courteous, which helped make a busy business trip stress-free. I highly recommend Prime Limo and Car Service to anyone looking for dependable, professional transportation services.

We had an amazing experience with this party bus company! The bus was clean, arrived on time, and the driver was professional and friendly. Everyone had a great time, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We booked with Prime Limo & Car Service for my daughter’s 13th birthday! She is officially a teenager now 😭💕 and they made the night so fun for the kids.We had transportation from Skateland to Klyde Warren Park and then back home for parent pickup, and everything went smoothly the entire night. The party bus was clean, nice, and the kids absolutely loved the lights and music. They were taking pictures, laughing, dancing, and just having a good time the whole ride.My driver, Marquita was professional, patient, on time, and made sure the kids got everywhere safely. As a mom, that meant everything to me. The whole experience honestly helped make her birthday feel extra special and stress-free.Definitely recommend for birthday parties and group events. Thank y’all again for helping make my baby girl’s 13th birthday a memory she’ll never forget! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Booked a party bus for a concert. It was super spacious and we had a lot of fun! Highly recommend.

Once again, Prime Limo & Car Service came through for us and as usual our trip to Budapest was off to a great start. Jacarr, our chauffeur, was there with a smile to pick us up at Watermere and get us to DFW airport. Then, upon our return a couple of weeks later, there was Victoria to make sure we returned home safely. Jacarr and Victoria, like the several other chauffeurs we have had the pleasure to have driven with over the past 8 years, were the ultimate professionals. I was surprised to learn that Jacarr has only worked for Prime Limo a couple of weeks. I could not be more pleased with the service that Prime and their staff provide. Give them a try!
