We reserve car service from Prime Limo when we travel on vacation to make getting to and from DFW Airport easier. On our most recent trip, our driver Wayne went above and beyond to help us. Coming off of an international flight with two large suitcases and a golf bag, he kindly came inside the terminal to wait for the luggage to arrive and assist us with getting the bags to the car. We truly appreciated the above and beyond service!

We booked Primo Limo & Car Service for a World Cup match. I was attending the match with my 17 year old niece who was recovering from surgery and in a full leg brace. Alan was so mindful of making sure she was comfortable and went to extra lengths to get us to the closest entrance/exit for her ease. He encouraged us to visit a mobility assistance tent to help with her exit back to the car. He was extremely helpful, and very fun to spend time with in traffic. We felt very safe and we were very happy we booked this service ahead of time. Thank you Alan for adding to this wonderful experience!

We booked with Prime Limo & Car Service for my daughter’s 13th birthday! She is officially a teenager now 😭💕 and they made the night so fun for the kids.We had transportation from Skateland to Klyde Warren Park and then back home for parent pickup, and everything went smoothly the entire night. The party bus was clean, nice, and the kids absolutely loved the lights and music. They were taking pictures, laughing, dancing, and just having a good time the whole ride.My driver, Marquita was professional, patient, on time, and made sure the kids got everywhere safely. As a mom, that meant everything to me. The whole experience honestly helped make her birthday feel extra special and stress-free.Definitely recommend for birthday parties and group events. What really stood out was how amazing the Prime team was when Ross landed and his phone was not working properly. We throughly enjoyed our experience with Prime Limo & Car Service. We had a family of six that needed transportation to and from the airport. Once again, Prime Limo & Car Service came through for us and as usual our trip to Budapest was off to a great start. Jacarr, our chauffeur, was there with a smile to pick us up at Watermere and get us to DFW airport. Then, upon our return a couple of weeks later, there was Victoria to make sure we returned home safely. Jacarr and Victoria, like the several other chauffeurs we have had the pleasure to have driven with over the past 8 years, were the ultimate professionals.
