Had a great experience using them as a car service from airport to hotel and back again. They monitored my flight and even though delayed were right there when I got off and were waiting. Again, no hassles on the return – both drivers were very professional and provided great insights of the area. Would use them again if in Dallas.

Once again, Prime Limo exceeded my expectations, their service is second to none. My driver, Devin, did an outstanding job of getting me and my family to our new home. Prime was flexible enough to provide a larger vehicle, which was necessary, because of the large amount of luggage we had to sustain us until our household goods arrive. It is also great, as a veteran, to see that Prime Limo is doing their part in employing veterans!

My 2 young daughters & I travel often; this is our go-to transport to & from the airport. It’s far more convenient than relying on friends or family for a rides. They even picked us up in a snow/ice storm when other companies wouldn’t; and they got us to the airport on time! The large SUV is our ride of choice (fits 2 kids’ car seats, 2 adults & lots of luggage) but they have luxury sedans as well. If you travel with young children, note that they offer to hold child car seats at their office (they stored ours for an entire month once!) -it’s great b/c kids can ride safely to & from the airport, unlike in taxis. Sean & the other drivers have always been so kind & helpful. I wish other aspects of travel were so easy!

I book corporate transportation for my company on a very regular basis (sometimes two or more events per month) and Prime Limo is our sole company to deal with.

It took us awhile to find a company that would cater to our very specific and sometimes demanding needs but they really fit the bill. They even purchased another bus for their fleet when they did not have something that fit the usual size of our groups.

This is the best car service in Dallas! John was our driver to DFW airport. He really “gets” customer service! I had planned to write a glowing review before the following happened. I forgot my camera in the back seat. He found it and took it to the office to be delivered to us upon our return. We changed our return date with no problem. The pickup driver had the camera in the car waiting for us! Excellent company!!!
