the car was absolutely perfect for our trip, the driver Allison was better than we have ever had with other car services, and we hope he is now our driver in future needs, we had a blast and there was never a need that he didn't fulfill, including setting our phone to use the stereo. Prime Limo delivered a very good start to my one week vacation by taking me to the airport. They had me on a Lexus. The driver arrived way in advance and patiently waited for me until the pickup time. The car is spotless clean and rides super smooth! Yes, they are a bit on a pricier end, but they give you a ride in style. I will consider booking more rides with Prime Limo.
I used Prime Limo twice (once for an airport pickup, once for a 40-minute ride outside of town) during my recent visit to Dallas. Both of my drivers (Syed and Denario) were outstanding, but Denario really went above and beyond. I was there under difficult circumstances, visiting a friend who had been diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's, and had mentioned this to Denario. When I finished my visit and came out to the car, she followed me. She mistook Denario for somebody else and excitedly greeted him by the other person's name, coming over to talk to him. He did not miss a beat -- he just gave her a big smile, said hi back, and chatted with her as if he were that person. Such a thoughtful and empathetic thing to do, and way beyond his job description. I would absolutely use Prime Limo again on future visits. (They were also on time, clean cars, safe driving, professional employees, etc.) Thank you, Syed and Denario, for making a difficult and emotional visit much easier for me!

I have been using Prime Limo for my transport services for a long time now because of the early/on time pickup, professional and respectful drivers, very SAFE driving, and clean SUV . MATTHEW, our recent driver stands out . He informed us the number of luggages that were placed inside the SUV, asked if we did not forget our Passports/IDs, and home keys all before he started to go to our destination. Had a trip with Prime Limo to pick me up from the airport when I flew into Dallas. I was unfamiliar with the airport and transportation process, but the prime limo team and the chauffeur made the process stress free. From a 24 hour update the day before my trip, to updates within the hour about the location and status of my pickup, the process overall was an enjoyable experience. I will be using them the next time I fly into Dallas!
