For those of you looking to make some future reservations with us, you should know that you have the option to call us anytime at our office or you can reserve it via our website using our online reservation system. Every system is different, so here are a few tips to make the booking process as smooth as possible!
1. Know what you need – When setting up the reservation online, be sure that you have all the information on hand that you will need. You need to know how many passengers there will be, locations and timing, and what vehicle you would prefer. We recommend talking to one of our representatives prior to booking, just so you can make sure you have the best reservation for your needs. You can contact us anytime through our “Quick Quotes” system, or you can call our office at 214-256-6725!
2. Putting in pick up/drop off locations – We have seen in the past that this section has given some customers a little trouble. A good thing to know is that this part of our system is linked to Google, so whatever the address is listed through them is how it will appear in our system. For some locations you can even type in the name of the hotel/building and it will auto populate the address for you! If you ever have any trouble with it you can use the chat window in the bottom of your screen, and one of our representatives can give you the exact information that you need.
3. Adding Meet and Greet service – To add the Meet and Greet service to your airport pick up, first you must enter your flight information in the top right corner of the reservation. Once that has been entered, a drop down box will appear where you can select inside or outside service. For the Meet and Greet option, you will select “Inside” service, and our chauffeur will be sure to meet you inside at baggage claim with a sign with your name on it. This service is $10 for DFW Airport and $70 for Dallas Love Field Airport. Due to the distance from the garage to the terminal at DAL we do have to have a secondary chauffeur to complete the Meet and Greet.
4. Special requests or instructions – There is a small box on the last page of the reservation process labeled “Additional Information” where you can put in any special requests or instructions. This can be used to specify apartment numbers, things you would like in the vehicle, gratuity you wish to add, additional contact information, or anything else you would like to include. The more information we have on our end can mean a smoother transfer for you or your clients!
