2. How are the chauffeurs attired? Are they licensed? - You want to make sure that the chauffeur will be professionally attired and is actually licensed to drive a private vehicle. Many companies do not require their chauffeurs to get the proper documentation for their positions.

Answer: All of our chauffeurs are professionally trained and licensed by the state, and they are dressed in a black vest, tie, and button down white shirt.

3. What are the special features of the vehicle? What does it come with? What year is it? - Some companies advertise with brand new vehicles on their website, but fall short a few years with their actual fleet. You want to make sure you know everything about the vehicle that you will be getting into and what you will be able to control in the back.

4. What kind of overage and cancellation policy do you have? What are any additional fees? - These are some important questions to ask because they can potentially cost you more money if you do not know about them. Answer: All of our policies are explained upon any booking, for hourly reservations we have a 7 day window cancellation policy. All quotes include all taxes, tolls, and fuel; everything besides gratuity which is at your discretion.
