Why We Have A No Smoking Policy

Our No Smoking Policy

This policy is included in every single confirmation sent out in the Policies and Procedures portion.

"As regulated by state law, our employees have the right to work in a smoke-free environment. Thus, there will be absolutely no smoking or usage of any tobacco products allowed in any of our vehicles. Any violations will result in immediate ejection from our vehicle with no refund of payment. Additional cleaning fees may apply."

Why We Have This Policy

This policy is in place protect our chauffeurs, our vehicles, and most importantly our passengers. When people smoke in the vehicle, the smell does not leave when they do. This can negatively affect the chauffeur that has to spend the rest of the day in the vehicle, and the non-smoking passengers that may come after. We want to make sure that every one of our passengers is given the best experience possible for each trip.

Another reason we do not allow it is the process we must go through to get that smell out of our vehicles. Most of our vehicles just take a few hours to fully detail, but with a smoke smell it can be much longer. It is almost a 24 hour process to fully fumigate the vehicle and extinguish any trace of that smoke. The cost of this includes paying the detailer, prepping and treating the vehicle with various things, and having this vehicle unusable for that time period means it is not able to be out for paying trips.  This all costs us and our customers a lot of time and money, and we want to make sure this does not happen.  We appreciate your business and we look forward to your next trip in any of our non-smoking vehicles!
