New Cancellation Policy

The Reason

We have recently updated our cancellation policy for all point to point and airport transfers. Our new policy now allows you a better window of time to update or cancel your reservation. This is meant to help you with any last minute changes that you may have without worrying about being charged 50% of your bill. Below are the old and the new policies so you can know exactly what has changed.


The Old

"Any cancellation within 24 hours will be charged 50% of total trip amount. Any cancellation within 3 hours of reservation will be charged 100% of the base fare."

The New

"Any cancellation within 3 hours of reservation will be charged 100% of the base fare."


The Future

Moving forward we hope that this policy will help those people that need that extra bit of time to confirm their plans.
