For those of you that are not as familiar with airport travel, here are a few things that we do to make your airport pick up as smooth as possible.
1. Automated Text Messages - When your flight lands, be sure to turn on your phone! This will allow you to receive the automated texts our chauffeurs send out. They will include the chauffeur's name, number, make, model, and license plate number of the vehicle they are in.
2. Curbside Service - Our vehicles will be parked curbside for your convenience. Depending upon whether you have checked luggage or not, the vehicle will be right outside the adjacent gate. Just look for the sign in the front window with your name on it!
3. Meet and Greet Service - We also offer inside service to make things even easier. Our chauffeur will meet you inside at baggage claim, with a sign with your name on it. They will be able to help you with your luggage all the way out to the vehicle in the parking garage.
4. Flight Tracking - Our systems track each and every flight arrival that we are scheduled to pick up for that day. This allows us to guarantee on time service, and adjust for any early arrivals or delays.
