You reach out to us for a quote. We provide you with a quote, and if you use the same reservation software as we do (LimoAnywhere) you will be able to e-farm your trip to us. If you don't, then you can email us the trip sheet and we'll handle the rest; which is confirmation emails, trip status emails, trip reminder emails and driver details.
Assigned trips receive automated emails with our chauffeur name, picture, phone number, vehicle make, vehicle model and license plate number.
All pre-booked trips have an On-Time guarantee and non-branded real time email updates. Our trips have clear price-tags with gratuity included, there won't be any surprise billing and all extra charges are always clearly explained on the invoice.
