I booked Prime Limo & car service to drive a friend and myself to/from Dallas to celebrate her birthday. From start to finish, Prime Limo did not disappoint. Sarah, their customer service representative, was extremely helpful during the booking process but I was most impressed by the quality of service provided by our driver, Wayne. He showed up on time in a pristine vehicle and was very courteous, polite, and professional. He was more than accomodating, ensured that we were comfortable, and got us to/from our venue safely. I truly appreciated his outstanding customer service and will absolutely be booking with Prime Limo again in the future. This was our first time using this service. We flew out of DFW to Fort Myers. I had looked at reviews and costs. This one didn’t gouge you and provided professional service. Monica and Sara (I hope I remember her name correctly. Sara, I called after I received an estimate of cost). I told her where we were going. I joked asking if they had service in Florida. She said we do. Give me the information and I’ll send you a quote. WOW! We were met with Richard who helped put our bags in the back and got us to DFW safe. We then met David L in FL. He spotted us in the chaos of cars and people. He chatted with us and told us of local places to go. Then as it was time to head back, at 3:45am we were met by Nick. He was quick to find us a bathroom since my daughter had too much water. He said I understand as I have daughters. He was so kind and helped my mom out of the car. We were met by Jeremy at DFW. I swear if he had extra arms he would have taken all our luggage himself. All of the drivers were excellent. It was great peace of mind that we didn’t have to wait or figure out which Uber driver to go to. They were all early to the allotted time. The drove us to our destination with great care. We’ve been in other car services where the ride was aggressive. We highly recommend this company. The emails/texts came promptly to keep me informed who was picking us up. There was no guessing. I plan on using them again in the future.

Excellent service from the reservation itself to the day of the event with Primo Limo and Car Service. On time, pleasant and professional. The vehicle was beautiful and in great shape. The driver, Idris, was awesome. He helped us bring up items from the SUV to the wedding reception floor upon arrival at our destination and he was eager to be helpful. He was also a pleasure to talk to during our ride.
