I booked Prime Limo & car service to drive a friend and myself to/from Dallas to celebrate her birthday. From start to finish, Prime Limo did not disappoint. Sarah, their customer service representative, was extremely helpful during the booking process but I was most impressed by the quality of service provided by our driver, Wayne. He showed up on time in a pristine vehicle and was very courteous, polite, and professional. He was more than accomodating, ensured that we were comfortable, and got us to/from our venue safely. I truly appreciated his outstanding customer service and will absolutely be booking with Prime Limo again in the future.
