Contacting us before PRIME’S arrival always has been helpful and as Seniors, loading our bags and wheelchair into the new, clean SUV again relieves the rush of preparing for a long travel day. PRIME always has water to offer which is appreciated as we sit back for a relaxing journey to the airport. Demetria, you and the others we have used at PRIME, drove safely and efficiently while being personable and interesting. Each time we’ve gone to the airport, the drivers dropped us off at the right gate and again unloaded our bags and wheelchair from the SUV. I have used this car service numerous times in Dallas. From simple airport trips to more complicated trips to and from football games. They are top notch. Angelo had incredible communication, was able to reroute and change on the spot as plans changed, and just a very personable person.

For my birthday in Irving we went big and rented a party bus — best decision ever. Ronald was on time, super nice, and the bus had tons of room for everyone. I unfortunately had some delays with my arrival and they were able to adjust and accommodate the delayed times- Burroughs was wonderful to talk with and very freindly. Ronald was my driver back to the airport and he was so lovely and kind, I am so happy with both drivers and my experience with this company. The communication was phenomenal, prompt and efficient. I booked Prime Limo & car service to drive a friend and myself to/from Dallas to celebrate her birthday. From start to finish, Prime Limo did not disappoint. Sarah, their customer service representative, was extremely helpful during the booking process but I was most impressed by the quality of service provided by our driver, Wayne. He showed up on time in a pristine vehicle and was very courteous, polite, and professional. He was more than accomodating, ensured that we were comfortable, and got us to/from our venue safely. I truly appreciated his outstanding customer service and will absolutely be booking with Prime Limo again in the future.
