My second trip with Prime Limo was exceptional. My driver, Alisson, did everything possible to make my experience great. The main travel was to and from a FIFA World Cup game at a sold-out stadium. Alisson arrived to pick me up a few minutes early, parked near my front door, and we then went to pick up my son in an adjacent town. Conversation was pleasant for the whole trip.Alisson knew the stadium layout and traffic flow well and got us as near as possible to our assigned entrance. After the game the location pin he sent allowed us to easily find him in the maze of parking lots, in this case quite near to our exit from the stadium. Despite the 70,000+ fans leaving the stadium, Alisson got us away from the stadium, negotiating all the pedestrian and redirected vehicle traffic, in an unbelievably short time. Our returns to our homes were equally pleasant.

After struggling with the inconsistency and cleanliness of ride-sharing services, we turned to Prime Limo, and it has been a game-changer. We have to give special recognition to our driver, Jacarr ; he is the gold standard of professional service—polite, polished, and exceptionally friendly. Our flight was three hours late, arriving late at night. Prime limo kept me updated all evening and what a relief to know I would be in their capable hands after a very long travel day. Jacarr was punctual and careful handling of our luggage made for a seamless journey. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else for our future travel needs.

We booked Primo Limo & Car Service for a World Cup match. I was attending the match with my 17 year old niece who was recovering from surgery and in a full leg brace. Alan was so mindful of making sure she was comfortable and went to extra lengths to get us to the closest entrance/exit for her ease. He encouraged us to visit a mobility assistance tent to help with her exit back to the car. He was extremely helpful, and very fun to spend time with in traffic. We felt very safe and we were very happy we booked this service ahead of time. Thank you Alan for adding to this wonderful experience!

Once again, Prime Limo & Car Service came through for us and as usual our trip to Budapest was off to a great start. Jacarr, our chauffeur, was there with a smile to pick us up at Watermere and get us to DFW airport. Then, upon our return a couple of weeks later, there was Victoria to make sure we returned home safely. Jacarr and Victoria, like the several other chauffeurs we have had the pleasure to have driven with over the past 8 years, were the ultimate professionals. I was surprised to learn that Jacarr has only worked for Prime Limo a couple of weeks. I could not be more pleased with the service that Prime and their staff provide. Give them a try!
I've used this service several times, to and from the airport they have been timely and it is a relief when returning knowing they will be there... on time... where expected to pick me up. I have used them in the evenings picking up from one place to another, transporting guests to dinner, waiting and returing to our hotels. Just an excellent service. Online and last minute bookings at all hours. Highly recommend!! Jackson has been my chauffer and is excellent, timely, courteous... just excellent. Oh, and their vehicles are top notch best quality too.
Marquis was great. Our flight was delayed as well as the wait at baggage claim. He made sure he was close by despite the changes and promptly picked us up.
These guys are absolute pros. Nice cars, professional and knowledgeable drivers, totally reliable. Trust them completely with my TCU student as well. Most recent driver Javier was OUTSTANDING.
