We were so tired of Uber drivers with dirty wrecked cars and questionable licensing we were looking for another option. On the recommendation of a friend we tried Prime Limo. Writing to thank Prime Limo and our driver Fred, who braved the elements on January 24, 2026 to gather us at DFW and cart us safely home in Dallas. Turkish Air got us into DFW from Istanbul at 1PM or so that afternoon in the snow and ice to an absolutely empty international arrivals hall (the only plane to land) and Fred and Prime were there waiting for us. So kudos to all. Fred maneuvered the highways easily and safely (I think he's a Yankee - Indiana area code on his cell) so he knew what he was doing. Prime's communication protocols are brilliant. We always knew what was up.

Malik, was early and communicated often as my flight was arriving. He was waiting exactly where he described and was very helpful in tracking where my luggage was (the baggage was moved to another conveyor belt after the initial communication from the airline). He drove very carefully and kept me updated on my arrival time. Malik was easy to talk to and made the 45 minute drive go by quickly. Would 100% recommend.UPDATE - Used Prime again for my drive back to the airport. Idris was early and super professional. He was very personable and a great driver which made the 30sh minute drive easy.Will definitely use Prime again - 5 out of 5 stars for Malik and Idris and Prime.

We came to Dallas TX in NOV 2025 for my wife to have surgery at Baylor, Scott and White. We've been back several times since. We chose Prime Limo because I'm not familiar with Dallas and honestly am apprehensive of driving in such a big city. Everytime we've used them they've been prompt and polite. Their drivers are safe getting us to our destination with a calm sense of control and mastery. I feel the service they provide for what they charge is bargain. I don't have to worry about traffic or parking, my family and I sit back while our driver Michael does the heavy lifting and we enjoy the complimentary waters. This is the way to travel.

Javi was amazing for my mom’s birthday celebration to the New Edition concert! He had the concert music playing in the van and kept us comfortable the whole drive. He dropped us off close to our entry door and gave perfect instructions for pick up. I would love to have Javi as a driver again!
