He came ahead of time, helped me with my luggage, let me immediately into his spotlessly clean car, offered me a cold water bottle and drove very carefully to my destination. I ordered a limo from Prime Limo for my daughter's senior prom and it was a fantastic experience. From the initial quote, to processing the contract, to the day of the event, all went smoothly and I was very pleased. I rented a large, Cadillac Escalade because we had a large party of about 18 kids. They LOVED IT! It was so clean, and well maintained, and Michael was so attentive and professional. He was patient and kind. The kids loved showing up to different locations in the limo, especially prom. The Prime Limo staff and Michael provide 5 Star service! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
